Easley Walking is Good for You and Your Back!

Just walk. That it it. Walk a bit today. Just walk as far as you can. If you can only walk 3 minutes, great! Walk 5 minutes the next day. You’ll be astonished at how quickly you’ll feel better, your back will feel better, your outlook will be better. WALKING VERSUS OTHER EXERCISE

In a new analysis of five randomized clinical controlled trials, researchers write that walking may be deemed an alternative to other physical activity exercise. Walking improves pain, disability and fear-avoidance in chronic low back pain patients.
